Controversy arose as South African dancer, Zodwa Libram Wabantu, was caught on camera dipping her fingers into her intimate area and smelling them in public.
The incident took place while she was seated among others, engaged in conversation, before abruptly lifting her leg and making the unconventional gesture.
Following this, she proceeded to bring her fingers to her nose for a sniff.
